Terms and Conditions

1. Entry open to all entrants worldwide, excluding employees and immediate families of Scottish Quest and the 1745 Trading Company, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Closing date for entries 30th November 2008.
4. To enter, select an answer to each of all the questions in the test and submit your entry electronically.
5. Entrant(s) with the highest number of correct answers will be entered into the draw and one winner will be selected at random by an independent judge.
6. One entry allowed per person.
7. Scottish Quest cannot accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed.
8. The prize is a hamper filled with Scottish gifts and food to the face value of £250.
9. The winner of the prize will be contacted by telephone before 31st December 2008 and the prize must be claimed by 30th June 2009

11. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
